At the outset, the Black Dahlia Murder appear to be your prototypical death-metal band. Their music is imposing, their lyrics are ominous—and, for fuck’s sake, they have murder in their name. Yet as their recent DVD, Majesty, revealed, the Detroit-based quintet are a happy-go-lucky bunch who tend to behave like a weed-fueled, musically inclined version of the Trailer Park Boys when they’re not busy ripping it up onstage.

A conversation with James Oroc, author of Tryptamine Palace.

For years, marijuana quality has been a captive of humidity—too low and your buds dry into dust, too high and the pot won’t burn properly. The new Humidipak from Med-Fresh redefines our relationship with moisture by using two-way humidity control to maintain proper levels at all times. This means you can rehydrate herbs that are too dry or dry them out if they’re too wet. Once the relative humidity is established in your jar or humidor, your cannabis stays at the perfect level to maintain potency and flavors and prolong shelf life. Ever tried to dry your buds out during a rainy week? Humidipak can also help remove moisture that leads to mold and bud rot if left unchecked. If you live in a dry area, it can slow the curing process as well. Humidipaks come in four different relative humidity levels ranging from 65% to 75%.

We wrap ours directly around our lighter to keep it handy and ready for use. The beeswax has the added benefit of being waterproof, making the I-Tal Hemp Wick perfect for fishing or camping trips as well.
